Synopsis of
“Cupid’s Desire”
Alareik is a Cupid, and get that image of a diapered baby with a bow and arrow right out of your head. Cupid’s are all six foot gods of love. They are sent down to help mortals fall in love. Cupid’s are sent down to earth with their daily assignments. They are invisible to the mortal’s eyes. They can walk through walls and fly. Alareik is the most popular Cupid out there, not only is he the hottest Cupid but he’s the most compassionate.
Alareik stumbles across a mortal who has a third eye, Sapphire a waitress no one would take a second glance at, can see the invisible Cupid’s. Alareik has never met a mortal that could do this. He’s put on a special assignment of figuring her out. Alareik willingly takes this task and finds himself falling for the plain and peculiar girl. Sapphire’s love for life changes this Cupid’s heart forever.

This was a great read. I really enjoyed the story line. Phoenix Rayne has done it again. This book was a great mix for me for fantasy and romance. I love the innocence and mystery of Sapphaire and Alareik growing emotions. Phoenix Rayne will make sure your entire image of a cupid is forever changed. I have a new love for fantasy romance. This book was refreshing and outside of box a defiantly a page turner

Everyone wants to be loved and some of us need some help sometimes. Alareik wasn't your ordinary cupid, he cared about the people who were destined to be together. When he entered the diner that him and Remy had visited for years, it shocked him when the waitress (Sapphire) could see them. He knew something was special about her. Through out the book, you notice the love that he has for her, how he wants to protect her from harm and the heart break that he feels. I couldn't put this book down once I started to read it because who can't relate to love, protection and heartache. Cupid desire is not just a love story.

Alareik & Sapphire love story is different yet very similar in so many ways. Different because he's a cupid & she's human but similar because he doesn't realize he really loves her until it's almost too late. Very good story line and read. Sapphire went through a helleva lot in her lifetime so she desires true love without an arrow. Can't wait to read part 2 to see how things turn out.
